My keyboard is not functioning on a 2501. I think the console port is malfunctioning. Does anyone know a work around, or someone who repairs the motherboard, or replacement motherboards for the router?

If the console port is dead, there's not much you can do. Have you checked your terminal setting to make sure they are correct? 9600-8-none-1 is what you want. Double check those and then double check you've got the right console cable and adapter. If no luck there, the unit is probably done for. If you bought it from us and it's under warranty, we'll send you a replacement, just go to the contact page and hit the RMA request form link.
